Decoupage varnish glue sticks the papers to the base and also adds a protective coating when painted over the decoupage model. It does not alter the colours of the papers and it will stick to any base including wood, plastic, ceramics, glass and metal. When it has dried it has a water- resistant satin finish. Provides a protective coating with a lustrous satin finish.
